DIET: Reinvented so many times, promoted by so many people in so many ways. It can get so confusing! Don't worry. You just need to understand a few basic principles and you can be well on way to making your own decisions on how to nourish your body with the right stuff to make you feel better.
ACTIVITY: We were made to move! What do you enjoy doing? Let's find a fun activity for you and integrate it into your life! Walking with a purpose, playing a sport, hiking, swimming... exercise doesn't have to be excruciating. It can (and should) be FUN!
